Please be advised the we will be upgrading the control panels on all servers 12:01am, March 1, 2010.  We don't expect any downtime during the upgrade; however, there is one important change you will need to make after the upgrade as follows:

Incoming mail server username change:

All users (EXCEPT THOSE USING REFLEXION - you would know if you do) will need to change the setting on your "incoming" mail server username as follows:

From: email prefix
To: full email address

For example:

From: david
To: david@rdlweb.com   (note: this is NOT a monitored email address)

The upgrade will be conducted at 12:01am on Sunday, March 1, 2010, so you will need to make this change on Sunday or Monday. No mail will be lost as it will be stored on the server. This setting just applies to how you "collect" the mail from the server (for example - in your account setup for Incoming Servers in Outlook, Outlook Express or other email client software).

Having the full email address is the new industry standard so that will be a permanent change going forward. Should you have any questions or any site issues after the upgrade please feel free to contact us .
