For over 30 years, we have

international marketplace. Because of our breadth
of experience, we are particularly well-suited to
serve as Private Corporate Counsel to Senior Officers,
or Principals of large organizations, on matters of
a confidential or personal nature and, where appropriate,
interact with the larger law firms serving as General
Corporate Counsel. We provide service on all aspects
of business operation, including, but not limited
to, governance, management continuity, conventional
and non-conventional financing and investment vehicles,
venture capital, government relations, estate planning,
wealth preservation and enhancement, and generational
succession of business ownership and operation.
We have made a conscious
decision to limit our representation to select clients
and projects in order to
maintain the highest quality of communication, loyalty,
efficiency, confidentiality, responsiveness and service
to our clients. We are particularly valuable at the
project design and conceptualization phases of such
projects. Much of our service extends well beyond
the business environment and community and philanthropic organizations to matters affecting the
families and personal affairs of our clients, including
estate planning and administration, domestic relations,
and fiduciary services.
We foster a team approach
to client service and strive to work closely with
existing financial and professional advisors to our
clients, and to blend into
the organizational structure of our clients to serve
as an extension of our clients' capacity.
Where necessary and
appropriate, we will supplement the client service
team by recommending the utilization of other professional
resources. By working closely with our clients and
their advisors, we have created a tradition of long
lasting relationships with clients and professional relationships. In
the course of our practice, we have provided legal
and business counsel and project management to public
and private entities, institutions, community and philanthropic organizations, and entrepreneurs
and public figures. In recent years, we have been
in the forefront of assisting individuals, businesses
and institutions seeking to do business in the North
and West of Ireland, and for expanding ventures entering the international marketplace. We continue to provide counsel
to numerous government and business leaders on policy
matters in the United States and Northern Ireland.
We also have extensive
experience in the creation, implementation and management
of public private partnerships and strategic alliances,
and have interacted successfully with all levels of
governmental, public, private and community organizations,
