Mr. McCabe has a Juris Doctorate
degree from Boston College Law School (1974) and a Masters
Degree in Business Administration from Boston University
(1974). He is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady,
NY and was honorably discharged from the United States
Army in 1971. He has practiced business, corporate and
family law in the United States since his admission
to the Massachusetts Bar in 1974, and has worked extensively
with senior executives, owners, and their families,
of closely-held corporations since that time. In the
course of his work, he has practiced extensively with
local, state, and federal agencies, and state and federal
court, particularly with regard to economic development
matters and the creation of strategic alliances and
public/private partnerships for the accomplishment of
his clients' personal and business objectives.
He has served as advisor to governmental institutions
and business and political leaders, and participated
in numerous public and private trade missions and fact-finding
trips to the North, West and Border Counties of Ireland.
In his private practice, Mr. McCabe represents and interacts
with many national and international companies, and
respected business, civic and governmental leaders.
He has also served as family advisor and in a fiduciary
capacity for many of his clients.
Mr. McCabe's primary support staff
consists of Mary Louise Harrison, Fiduciary Administrator,
who has been employed by Mr. McCabe for over twenty
five years,
and Patricia Byra,
Paralegal and Project Director, who has worked with
Mr. McCabe for over eighteen years.
Other staff associates and professionals are assigned
to the client team as required, however, Mr. McCabe retains primary responsibility for all client matters.

Ms. Byra has been a paralegal
since 1984 and has worked for Arthur J. McCabe
& Associates for over eighteen years. Ms.
Byra attended the University of New Hampshire
and Northeastern University, where she completed
her paralegal studies. In addition to the
traditional legal support she provides to
the firm, Ms. Byra provides research and communication
support to clients in the identification
and procurement of potential partnerships
to promote economic and community development and urban
regeneration, both in the United States and
abroad. Ms. Byra has also hosted delegations
coming to the states from the North of Ireland,
including the identification and scheduling
of meetings with potential partners during
their visit.

Mary Louise Harrison

Mary Lou Harrison is the Comptroller
of Arthur J. McCabe &
Associates and has
worked for us since 1974. Ms. Harrison
has over forty years of office accounting,
executive secretarial and paralegal experience
and is well versed in the establishment and
maintenance of bookkeeping and record keeping
systems for individuals, fiduciaries and businesses.
She also has extensive experience in the areas
of fiduciary and estate administration and business operation. In
addition to her direct areas of her responsibilities
within McCabe & Associates, she also serves
as financial systems advisor and consultant
to many of the firm's clients working
closely with the clients, their organizations,
and their extended families.
